Who benefits from massage?
The young, the old and all ages in between! Active, inactive, students,

What should the consumer expect at their first massage appointment?
The massage therapist should ask questions about the reasons for getting a
massage, current physical condition, medical history and lifestyle.
Undressing takes place in private and a sheet is provided for draping during
massage. Underwear may be left on or off. The therapist will undrape only
the part of the body being massaged. The massage takes place on a
comfortable padded table.
What is my responsibility during the massage?
A person receiving a massage should give the therapist accurate health
information and always report discomfort of any kind, whether it's from the
massage itself or due to room temperature, volume of music, or other
distractions.
